At Field Control Analytics (FCA), we believe in the power of people and technology. While our access control solution is best in class, our people go the extra mile to ensure our customers' success. An example of this is Kassie Lander, who heads up our Data and Analytics team.

Kassie's role is to develop reports that empower our customers’ teams to effectively leverage workforce data for actionable and impactful decisions. While our platform provides labor census and safety certification tracking and badge deactivation alerts our dashboards, Kassie creates custom reports that are essential for our customers' management teams. Some examples of these reports include compliance tracking and workforce participation reporting. These reports help FCA’s clients maintain safe, compliant, and productive job sites. Kassie’s attentiveness and dedication ensure that clients can rely on her to provide the right data at the right time

Kassie’s Journey and Motivation

When asked about what she finds most rewarding in her role, Kassie shared, “I love seeing the impact our platform has on a client’s day-to-day operations. Knowing that I’m helping them streamline their processes and improve safety is incredibly fulfilling.” Her motivation and passion have not only helped her excel in her role but have also set a high standard for client success within FCA.

Life Outside FCA

Outside of her work at FCA, Kassie enjoys staying active, particularly through hiking and outdoor adventures, which allow her to recharge and find inspiration. Kassie also enjoys reading and coaching her daughter’s T-ball team.
