At Field Control Analytics (FCA), our strength lies in the expertise and dedication of our team members. Gabe Gonzalez, our Field Ops Director for the East Coast, exemplifies this commitment.

A Journey of Growth and Leadership

Before joining FCA, Gabe began his career as a Systems Administrator Intern at Harlem RBI (now Dream), a non-profit organization. Since starting at FCA, his journey has been marked by continuous learning and growth. He spent one year as an onsite Field Control Representative working on a Turner Construction project, followed by two years as an Area Operations Specialist covering NY-NJ. Gabe then took on the role of Northeast Regional Manager for one year before stepping into his current position as Director of Field Ops, a role he has held for the past three years.

Gabe’s experience across different regions and sectors has equipped him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that our clients face at their construction sites. His hands-on approach and strategic mindset make him an invaluable asset to our clients.

What Drives Gabe?

Gabe is passionate about problem-solving and thrives on the various projects he encounters daily. “I love developing effective solutions with our clients,” he says. The variety of projects across different sectors keeps the job exciting, as each project presents unique challenges and opportunities.” This dedication to solving complex problems makes Gabe a trusted partner to our clients.

When asked what he loves most about FCA clients, Gabe highlights their commitment to innovation and safety. “Seeing the benefits our solutions bring to our client’s operations is incredibly rewarding. Their commitment to using our technology to enhance safety and innovate traditional construction processes sets them apart.”

Client Relationships Built on Trust

Over the years, Gabe has built strong relationships with key clients, including Turner Construction, Noble Construction, Urban Atelier Group, AECOM Hunt, DPR Construction, Lendlease Construction, and more.

“Gabe is kind, attentive, and consistently responds in a timely manner. His dedication to our needs is one of the key reasons we continue to utilize FCA for access control services,” said Steve Villanueva, VP of Safety at Noble Construction.

“He always shows up to the projects with a smile, a positive attitude, and solutions to our ever-ending questions.  Gabe goes above and beyond for his clients, and his work ethic shows this,” said Marc Pico, Director of Safety at Urban Atelier Group.

These relationships are a testament to Gabe’s ability to provide value and foster collaboration with our partners.

Why FCA Stands Out

For Gabe, what sets FCA apart from competitors is our comprehensive suite of solutions. “Our diverse solutions make us a one-stop shop for many clients,” Gabe explains. “Unlike our competitors, our clients aren’t just using a software—they’re onboarding a partner who will provide support throughout the duration of their project.”

Gabe’s approach reflects FCA’s commitment to client success, offering not just technology but also ongoing partnership and support to ensure smooth project execution.

A Glimpse into

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family, including his pets. He’s a sports enthusiast, an avid reader, and loves exploring new places and cultures.
