Exciting Updates to the Field Control Analytics Jobsite Administrator App

At Field Control Analytics (FCA), we're always striving to improve our solutions to make it easier for our customers to onboard, track, and manage their construction workforce. We are excited to announce several new updates to the Jobsite Administrator (JSA) app to improve project management and user experience.

What's New?

Contact Management Made Easy

Managing contact information just got easier. With the latest update, users can add, remove, and manage up to 10 contact methods (5 emails and 5 phone numbers). The primary contact method will serve as your system login, while the additional methods can be used for communication. Each new contact method must be verified before it can be set as the primary. This feature is available in both the JSA and Worker Apps, making it simple to keep your contact details updated across the platform.

New Badge Printing Instructions

We’ve introduced the ability for FCA staff to provide specific instructions on badge templates, visible to those responsible for activating and printing badges. This update ensures clarity and consistency in badge management, making it easier for teams to follow proper procedures and avoid confusion.
