Phase 1: Understanding Your Project Needs 

We start by getting to know your project. Key data collected includes: 

  • Well-planned turnstile scheduling that correlates to project phases 
  • Invoices tagged with project code keys combined with ability to collect payments directly from trade partners
  • Flexibility with system access for security guard, administrative, compliance and field users' access
  • Custom badge templates for easy site identification and workforce tracking fields (demographics, trade, veteran status, etc.) 
  • Integration requests (e.g., Procore)
  • Drug testing and background check requirements if applicable 

Phase 2: Project Implementation 

With your data in hand, we activate your project. This phase includes: 

  • A kick-off meeting to finalize setup, hardware delivery, and logistics. 
  • Scheduling site training for smooth activation. 
  • A site walk-through with our Field Directors and your team to ensure alignment.

Phase 3: Internal Testing and Equipment Shipment 

We conduct thorough internal testing before deployment to ensure everything functions correctly. Once testing is complete, we ship the necessary equipment to your site. 

Phase 4: Deployment, Training, and Active Project Management 

  • FCA’s Field Directors train your team on-site or remotely, covering all aspects of using the FCA system. 
  • The core management team can then invite subcontractors and other parties to the project. 
  • FCA partners with your Project Managers and Safety Directors to create customized onboarding materials for contractors.
